WHAT: Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony

BRIEF: We were commissioned to creatively design and build the set and staging for an awards ceremony which would stand proud and complement its surroundings, as well as being responsible for the full technical side of production.

RESULT: Managing the event from start to finish, our greatest obstacle was the limited load-in time, due to the historic venue being open to the public. With only an hour to build the set and stage, our crew had to meet tight scheduling deadlines. Once the lighting was installed, a live video relay and recording system was then put in place, to run throughout the event.
