WHAT: Reception and presentation
BRIEF: Our role in the production of this drinks reception and presentation at the House of Commons was predominantly technical, from backdrops and screens to sound and lighting, as well as overseeing the smooth running of the reception.
RESULT: Brightening the space with enhanced lighting, we installed plasma screens against a simple stage and backdrop within the fixed marquee. Tight timing restraints and high-level security increased the client’s need for professional event management.
