BRIEF: We were commissioned to create a stylishly cool, chic, fun festival vibe for a very special Bat Mitzvah for 200 guests to be held at the stunning Amber Lakes estate.

Our client was open to anything!  Guests needed to be tantalized and for their senses to be awakened at every turn!

 RESULT: On arrival guests were greeted by TukTuks and transported into the festival world of LucyFest!

Guests were served an array of breakfast delights before being called in to The Lodge for the Bat Mitzvah ceremony. A beautiful elegant space with the surrounding lakes its backdrop.  Simple oversized confetti filled spheres with floating foilage adorned the room.

Large giant teepee’s were erected on the grounds, within which chic long rustic tables were furnished with an abundance of wild flowers where guests were served sharing platters and a selection of delectable delights cooked on the barbeque.

Elsewhere, a festival band stage was installed, with large vintage ‘LucyFest’ light up letters and an array of large colourful beanbags to serve as a chillout zone.  Surrounding this area were fairground stalls, fun food stations, VW photobooth, graffitti artists to personalised jean jackets and festival make-up.  A beautiful vintage airstream acted as a beauty salon for guests to relax whilst traditional dodgems and fairground rides energised guests in another zone.  For those guests wishing to take it easy boat rides were scheduled throughout the day to enjoy the sites of the surrounding lake. For those families with younger children a fun filled creche was in operation throughout the entire day.
