WHAT: Fundraising Dinner

BRIEF: We were commissioned to creatively design and build the set and staging and to provide full technical support and on the day management for our clients key fundraising bi-annual dinner for approximately 500 guests in be held at the historical London Guildhall.

Venue constraints regarding load-in times were key considerations.

RESULT: We created a set and stage, designed to reflect their care triangle programme whilst projecting a contemporary and warm look and feel.

We developed all design for the set and staging and operation of lighting, sound, rigging, as well as live camera relay and record and autocue ensuring that all elements of the technical production ran faultlessly throughout the evening.
