WHAT: Staff Christmas Party

BRIEF: To create a fun, special and easy-going party vibe for TOG staff’s Christmas party, within the Secret Garden at Shoreditch House. 

RESULT: The evening began on the rooftop’s covered and heated Lazy Lawn, where guests were welcomed into the stylish venue with a prosecco reception. Appetizers of chill crab bruschetta, chicken satay and lamb skewers with tzatziki were served, while background music kept the atmosphere informal.   

The guests later moved inside Secret Garden, which was styled as a wintry garden scene, with impressive 8 foot frosted white birch trees surrounding a white LED dancefloor. Subtle lighting and smoke machines further transformed the cosy interior, which also featured two soft-furnished seating areas and roaring log fires.

To appeal to the predominantly female guest list, we brought in a festival tattoo station where the women (and even some of the men!) had striking temporary jewellery tattoos applied in gold and silver, providing fun visuals for the retro photo booth which ran throughout the night.  

Waiting staff circulated the Secret Garden with substantial bowl food, and guests danced well into the early hours with the help of an open bar and three separate DJ sets.
