WHAT: Buyers’ Conference

BRIEF: An important aspect of this Waitrose staff and supplier conference was the series of food demonstrations which were to be carried out by their chefs. Our role was to not only organise the conference but to arrange exhibition areas where the chefs could do their demonstrations and where suppliers could showcase their products to buyers.  

RESULT: Designing a bright and colourful set and staging area, we provided full technical installation and operation during the event, and managed the flow and movement of delegates within the confined space of the venue.
