WHO: The Office Group

WHAT: Members’ Christmas Party

BRIEF: Having previously produced a networking event and a staff party for this client, we were approached to design another Christmas party extravaganza, this time for TOG Members, which would become a sell-out event and the talk of the calendar.  

RESULT: Partnering with Dynamite XP,  trendy Shoreditch venue The Yard was transformed from a blank canvas into a colourful indoor festival, centred around a beautiful wishing tree. After collecting their VIP wristbands at the entrance, guests were greeted by circus performers, stilt walkers and cocktails in the decorated courtyard, where gourmet food trucks were set up to serve delicious festival fare. 

Inside the venue, festival flags, bunting, lighting, star cloths, tipi chill out areas and other decorative installations set the mood for a fun and carefree evening full of festival spirit. Live DJs played throughout the night, and the quirky disco shed was a huge success. Guests were pampered by glamourous festival make-up artists in the Mermaid Cave, positioned next to another popular feature – the retro VW campervan photo booth. To keep the snap-happy guests entertained, hospitality staff circulated the room with roaming mini games, while a bucking bronco shaped like a Christmas pudding encouraged some healthy competition that even the CEOs couldn’t resist.
